Northern Costa Blanca
Javea
Javea, known locally as Xàbia, is a pretty town which has grown in recent years but still retains its charm. Javea is situated one hour from either Alicante or Valencia, it is nestled along the coastline between the La Nao Cape, the most easterly point of Spain, and the San Antonio Cape.
Moraira and Benissa
Moraira is the coastal town belonging to the municipality of Teulada but has grown so significantly in the last 20 years to be come almost a town in its own right that sometimes its association with Teulada is forgotten. Teulada sits on a hill above Moraira and is populated in the main by local Spanish inhabitants.

Benitachell
Benitachell is a small village 6 km from the beaches of Javea and Moraira yet with a dramatic coastline of its own. The main village peaks to a small hill and is inhabited mainly by locals. The developments of villas and complex are built on the outskirts of town, never more than a 10 minute drive to the village. Most have spectacular sea or country views.

Denia
Denia is the largest of the towns of the Northern Costa Blanca. The busy port, comprising a fishing area, ferry port, yacht club and new marina, divides the Denia coastline into two completely different sections known as Las Marinas and Las Rotas. As it has 20 km of mainly sandy beaches you will hardly find them crowded and they provide a good selection of beach bars and restaurants.
La Sella Golf Resort
La Sella is located inland between Javea and Denia. The area covers 300 hectares of gently rolling hills, lush green pine forests, orange and almond groves. Scattered around this natural habitat are private villas and small complexes with residents´ pools and lovely gardens.

Calpe
Calpe is coastal resort dominated by the well-known and impressive Penon de Ifach rock. It has been a tourist destination since the 1930s, especially due to the quality of its fine sandy beaches and the cleanliness of its waters. Calpe town has a lovely Spanish feel to it and the port area is lined with restaurants which offer dishes with fresh fish caught daily.
Altea
Just 40 minutes from Alicante airport is Altea symbolised by its blue and white domed church. It lies between the sea and the mountains and riddled with the charm of the quintessential Mediterranean village.
Jalon Valley
The Jalon Valley or Vall del Pop as it is really called is found a short drive inland from the coast has become increasingly popular due to its excellent climate. The abundance of vineyards, olive groves and almond trees guarantee some breathtaking countryside in this increasingly popular area.

Orba Valley
La Rectoría is more commonly known as the Orba Valley, surrounded by a semicircle of hills and mountains and dotted with small typically Spanish agricultural villages.

Gata and Pedreguer are 2 inland villages which have grown into towns due to their proximity to the coast and more comparitively affordable properties.

Pego
In the north and slightly inland from the coast the small town of Pego has has attracted a wealth of foreign residents. It is a lovely town with a Valencian atmosphere with an increasing number of restaurants and cafés opening to cater for other nationalities.
