Whether you buy a property through us or not, you will need to think about buildings and contents insurance. We have tried numerous insurance companies and currently, the one who by far is giving excellent cover and response is Santa Lucia. Documents are issued in English.

Contact us to obtain a quotation. You will need to know the size of the property in m2, the type of property (eg detached or linked villa, apartment etc) and the value of the contents. Please note that kitchen units, bathroom sanitryware and air-conditioning units are classified as contents and you will need to add the value of these items to the cost of the furniture and equipment you have. There is a small surcharge for property unoccupied for more than 30 days so please mention it also at the time of the request for quotation.
