In February 2002 we arranged to see a selection of estate agents in the Jávea area of Costa Blanca, with a view to purchasing a property there.   We provided each of the agents with a price range and specified the type of location we required.  Sunshine Villas was the only agent who had regard for our specification, in both price and location.

Having decided to purchase an apartment, through Sunshine Villas, we have had first class support from them throughout the complexities of the purchase of a property in Spain.  We were given assistance in many ways including: ·     placing the deposit for the apartment ·     opening a Spanish bank account ·     liaising with the builder regarding alterations to the original internal layout ·     signing the deeds at the Notary Indeed the support did not stop when we signed the deeds.  We have had their help on a number of occasions such as liaising with the builders regarding the ‘snagging’ list and insuring the property.  We feel that the support given by Sunshine Villas made our move to the apartment as simple and trouble-free as it could have been.   We thoroughly recommend Sunshine Villas and would have no hesitation in using them again, should the need arise.
