How to view our properties....

Free 7 Day Viewing Trips

For those who want to take it easier, we can help organise a longer trip by arranging car hire and quality accommodation in the area of interest. This way buyers are free to explore a wider area at their own pace combining leisure and viewings over a longer period. We refund the cost of the car hire and accommodation upon purchase of a property through Sunshine Villas. These trips are subject to the availability of our accommodation.

Free 3-4 Day Inspection Trips

These trips are designed for buyers who are already familiar with the area and who wish to intensively view properties during their trip. These trips are free to buyers and include flights from UK to Spain, airport transfers (in Spain), accommodation and one to one personal service throughout your trip. However, due to ATOL regulations, buyers book their flights directly with the airline or travel agent, the cost of which will be refunded upon purchasing your property in Spain.

We prepare a portfolio of properties to match the criteria you provide. This type of trip is suitable for prospective purchasers who have decided on a particular area and type of property.

During your trip you are shown these properties and we are always there to help you with any queries you may have - legal and otherwise - pertaining to property purchase. It usually takes 3  days to become familiar with the area and view a portfolio of properties and assuming that you have made a decision during the trip, that leaves the last day to reserve the property, meet a lawyer and open bank accounts.

Independent Traveller

If you have made your own travel and accommodation arrangements and know which dates you are able to view, please contact us to arrange a suitable time and date for viewing. Please provide us with as much information as possible of your requirements so that we can prepare a comprehensive list of properties for you to view.
